SEAI Grants for Apartment EV Charging
The SEAI Home Charger Grant provides up to €300 towards the purchase and installation of an EV charger. This is available to individual apartment residents with an allocated off-street parking space and an eligible electric vehicle. You must apply and receive approval before installation begins.
The SEAI Apartment Charging Grant supports bulk charger installation in multi-unit developments. It covers cabling, infrastructure, and labour costs.
